Our prices

If you have any questions, concerns, wishes regarding your travel date, write me or call me and we will try to find a solution the works well for everyone!

 

  • Each additional person 15,- per person an night
  • Final cleaning: 100,-
  • Final cleaning with pet: 140,-
  • Local tax: per person and night 1,50 Euro (from 12 years) 

Booking conditions:

High season bookings – 7 days possible – Friday to Friday     (23.12. – 30.03. / 30.06. – 22.09 
Low season bookings – 3 days possible 

Deposit:

After booking, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required. 

 

Short stays:

For short stays up to 3 days we charge a surcharge of 10,- Euro per person and night. 

Pets:

For pets, the final cleaning increases by 40,- Euro, otherwise there is no further costs.

Check In:   3 pm

Check Out: 9 am

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Up to 3 month before the day of arrival: free cancellation
  • Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40 % of the total price
  • Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70 % of the total price
  • In the last week before the day of arrival: 90 % of the total price
